Evan Kramer

Evan Kramer, a former Department of Justice alumni, represents whistleblowers nationwide in qui tam actions filed under the False Claims Act, as well as other whistleblower programs such as SEC, IRS, CFTC, NHTSA and FinCEN. Prior to joining Brown LLC, Evan worked as a commercial litigator at a large and prominent law firm focusing his practice among other things on governmental matters.

For over twelve years, Evan worked for Department of Justice Office of Inspector General where he led or participated in sensitive audits, investigations and reviews pertaining to misspent federal funds and undercover law enforcement operations.  Due his distinguished service Evan won the Council of Inspector General (“CIGE”) Award for Excellence and Inspector General’s Award for Distinguished Service.

Evan obtained and currently holds an active Top Secret security clearance and may be granted access to legal matters that require such a clearance in addition to others at the firm.

In his spare time, Evan enjoys competitive running, spending time with his wife, young son and Labrador retriever Max and he will work to take your case to Max!
