Howard “Charlie” Huang supports Brown, LLC’s attorneys and clients in intake, case development, litigation support, and client communications. Charlie brings experience from plaintiff-side litigation and public-service roles, where he worked directly with clients and constituents, assisted with case management, discovery, docketing, legal correspondence, and administrative case tracking.
Before joining Brown, LLC, Charlie worked as a paralegal at a Philadelphia plaintiff litigation firm, where he assisted with new client intake, discovery requests, litigation preparation, demands, case timelines, and docket management. He also served in constituent-facing public-service roles, helping individuals navigate federal, state, and local issues involving agencies such as the IRS, Social Security, Veterans Affairs, immigration, and municipal services.
Charlie graduated cum laude from New York University with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Studies. He is fluent in Chinese and has intermediate Japanese proficiency. His background in client service, public advocacy, and litigation support helps him assist clients with care, precision, and attention to detail. Outside of work, Charlie enjoys sabre fencing, digital art, and exploring restaurants and neighborhoods throughout New York City.
