Michael Rinderman

Michael Rinderman represents plaintiffs in employment matters, individually and in class and collective actions, including wage-and-hour litigation under the FLSA and other overtime laws.

After graduating from the University of South Carolina, Mr. Rinderman worked in Congress and as a lobbyist. Mr. Rinderman attended the University of Baltimore School of Law, during which he worked as a Legislative Assistant to the Maryland Alcohol, Tobacco, and Cannabis Commission. Prior to joining Brown, LLC in 2025, he worked for the Baltimore County State’s Attorney in the Violent Crimes Unit.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys outdoor exploration, golf, snowboarding, and spending time with his dog.
