Michael Rinderman is an attorney at Brown, LLC, where he represents employees in complex wage and hour litigation under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). He advocates for workers’ rights through collective and class actions across the country.
Before law school, Michael worked in Congress and Government Relations in Washington, D.C. While in law school, Michael clerked for the Maryland Alcohol, Tobacco, and Cannabis Commission and the Baltimore County State’s Attorney Violent Crimes Unit. His diverse experience across public service, policy, and litigation enables him to navigate complex legal issues with skill and empathy, delivering trusted, results-driven advocacy for every client.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys outdoor exploration; including hiking, sailing, snowboarding, and spending time with his dog, Trooper.
