Dennis Blumenfeld

Dennis Blumenfeld brings significant experience in whistleblower litigation under the False Claims Act and in financial fraud matters before the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Before joining the firm, he represented whistleblowers in complex healthcare and industry-wide fraud cases at a national plaintiffs’ firm. Earlier in his career, he prosecuted consumer fraud cases and led investigations while serving in the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia.

Mr. Blumenfeld previously clerked for the Maryland Office of the Attorney General and interned with the Center for Justice and Accountability in San Francisco, focusing on human rights litigation.

He earned both his J.D. and M.A. in Latin American Studies from Georgetown University. He is fluent in Spanish and proficient in Portuguese.

Mr. Blumenfeld is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
