Dua Lipa’s “Levitating” Accused of Copyright Infringement

Dua Lipa has been named in a copyright infringement lawsuit filed by two Songwriters Hall of Fame nominees, claiming that the 2020 hit “Levitating” plagiarized their works. The case was filed in the federal court for the Southern District of New York as 1:22-cv-01872. Read the Complaint here
