ConnectiveRx (Hourly-Paid Call Center Workers)
Table of Contents
Brown, LLC has filed a lawsuit against PSKW, LLC, doing business as ConnectiveRx, alleging wage and hour violations under federal and Pennsylvania law. Filing a lawsuit does not mean ConnectiveRx has been found liable. These allegations remain unproven while the case proceeds through the legal system.

Even if you no longer work for ConnectiveRx, you may still be eligible to participate if you worked during these time periods.
For the federal law claims, workers can generally recover wages for up to two years before the date they join the lawsuit by filing a signed consent form with the Court, or up to three years if the Court finds that ConnectiveRx’s alleged violations were willful.
Claims in the Lawsuit
The lawsuit alleges that ConnectiveRx violated wage laws by failing to properly pay hourly-paid call center workers for all time worked, including overtime. The claims are based on two main alleged practices:
Unpaid Pre-Shift and Off-the-Clock Work:
ConnectiveRx is accused of failing to pay employees for required work performed before their scheduled shifts. According to the lawsuit, call center workers were required to complete multiple work-related tasks before clocking in, including booting up computers, logging into operating systems, connecting to VPNs, and logging into multiple required software programs and platforms. These tasks were allegedly required to be completed before employees were permitted to clock in and begin recording paid time.
Unpaid Work During Meal Breaks:
The lawsuit further alleges that ConnectiveRx failed to pay employees for work performed during unpaid meal breaks. Employees were allegedly required to log back into systems and be fully ready to take calls at the exact moment their meal breaks ended, while being prohibited from clocking in early to complete the necessary setup work. As a result, employees allegedly performed compensable work during unpaid break periods.
The lawsuit contends that these practices resulted in unpaid straight-time wages and unpaid overtime wages for hourly-paid call center workers.
Case Status
December 22, 2025: the lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

No. Federal and state wage laws prohibit retaliation against workers who join a lawsuit or assert their wage rights. There are currently no allegations that ConnectiveRx has retaliated against any workers in this matter.
