Paul Shehadi

Paul Shehadi represents whistleblowers in qui tam actions filed under the False Claims Act, as well as the whistleblower programs of the SEC, IRS, CFTC, NHTSA and FinCEN. After graduating law school, Paul served as an opinion law clerk for the Honorable Robert N.C. Nix, Jr., Chief Justice of Pennsylvania. Following his clerkship, Paul worked at a large Philadelphia firm where he represented clients in environmental coverage actions brought by Fortune 100 manufacturing and pharmaceutical companies.

Prior to joining Brown, LLC, Paul successfully represented whistleblowers at another prominent Philadelphia law firm in qui tam actions against defense contractors, pharmaceutical companies, financial institutions and healthcare providers.

In his spare time, Paul enjoys building and repairing electric guitars, and hiking with his German Shepherd, Archie.
