Benjamin Lin represents and protects whistleblowers who allege violations of the False Claims Act, the Securities Exchange Act, and federal and state tax codes. His specialties include Medicare and Medicaid billing fraud, pharmaceutical compliance fraud, PPP loan fraud, off-label marketing, and illegal securities offerings. Ben also represents employees facing retaliation and other workplace disputes, including in class action litigation. He has also handled consumer fraud litigation, including a multi-million dollar settlement for college students.

Ben graduated from Columbia Law School and Dartmouth College. He loves puppies and fantasy basketball.
