Benjamin Lin is Columbia Law School graduate who is focused on representing plaintiffs in employment matters and whistleblower litigation, also known as qui tam litigation. The employment matters include wage and hour litigation such as FLSA and overtime rights and the qui tam matters address people defrauding the government, as well as SEC and IRS whistleblowers. Diligent and relentless, he works hard to promptly place matters into Court in the best possible light. He also enjoys puppies and long walks.
