Alan Antonucci, Of-Counsel, has actively practiced law for over 40 years. He has successfully tried many cases and received many accolades during his years of practice. He successfully litigated and appealed matters with the distinguished F. L. Bailey.
He has extensive experience in Commercial & Civil litigation, Criminal defense, Condominium Law, Civil rights, Employment Discrimination and Immigration/Naturalization. He has also successfully litigated matters involving Trademark/Copyright, Unfair Trade practices, Oppression of Minority Shareholders, Labor, Variances, Transactional Business and Real Estate disputes.
He served as an Adjunct Professor at the State University at Montclair lecturing on business law topics. He has represented clients with positive results in a number of unusual high profile cases. For example, he represented a National Language School securing a “not guilty” verdict on a 58 count Federal Indictment after 3 months of trial; successfully defended the CEO of a large corporation in an FTC civil suit and criminal Federal Indictments for Mail and Wire Fraud, Securities Fraud, and other charges; successfully represented the person indicted for alleged participation in an Organized Crime Conspiracy to establish a drug network in New Jersey; defeated a Variance application by a large influential developer for a 60 million dollar project that threatened to block his condo client’s views of NYC; negotiated the resolution of Labor Disputes involving the ILGW, the Teamsters and others.
