The NAOPIA’s primary goal is to recognize the top 10 personal injury attorneys in each state for their hard work. Out of millions of attorneys nationwide, fifty nominated attorneys are chosen to advance to the final selection stage by a Selection Committee, and then the Board of Governors officially selects the TOP 10. Additionally, if qualified, there is a fee of $350 that is paid to the National Trial Lawyers. The fees are considered administrative processing fees and charges for the title and included charges for frames and plaques.
